Custom 12-Shade Wooden Lip Liner for a Leading U.S. Beauty Brand
A major private-label cosmetics brand retailed through Ulta Beauty needed a coordinated wooden lip liner collection in 12 custom shades. We supported shade matching, creamy high-pigment formulas, component decoration, packaging, quality control, and production.
From nude and rose to berry and deep brown, each shade was developed for smooth application, precise definition, and consistent color payoff. The finished collection combined a sharpenable wooden format with retail-ready branding and reliable large-scale manufacturing.
